GABE is organizing a fall hike at Wissahickon Valley Park on Saturday, November 7th, and we’d love for you to join us!

With the leaves changing, we thought it would be a great opportunity to get off campus, enjoy some time outside, and explore one of Philadelphia’s beautiful parks. The hike will be ~5 miles at a leisurely and beginner-friendly pace, so all PhD and Master’s students are welcome — no hiking experience necessary!

We’ll meet on campus at 9:00 AM and head to Wissahickon Valley Park together, we expect the hike to take around 3 hours. We’re also hoping to coordinate carpools/rides, so please fill out the RSVP form below with your availability and whether you can offer or need a ride.

Meet: 9:00 AM at Penn Park Parking Lot (3000 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104)
Destination: Wissahickon Valley Park, Wissahickon Creek Loop Yellow Trail
Pace: Leisurely / all experience levels welcome
